What is Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA)? CSEA encompasses any form of sexual activity involving a minor (individuals under 18 years of age), including but not limited to: Creating, sharing, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Engaging in or facilitating sexual conversations with minors. Grooming behaviors intended to prepare a minor for sexual activity.
