At CHAM - Meet Random People, we prioritize your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal information. In line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, we offer a straightforward process for you to delete your account and associated data directly through the app.

How to Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your CHAM account and all related data, please follow these steps:

  1. Accessing Account Deletion:

    • Open the CHAM app on your device.
    • Navigate to the Profile tab located in the bottom navigation bar.
    • Tap on Delete Account.

  2. Initiating Deletion Request:

    • Carefully read the provided instructions.
    • Tap on Request Deletion.

  3. Confirming Deletion:

    • A final notice will appear outlining the consequences of account deletion.
    • Check the confirmation box to acknowledge your understanding.
    • Tap on Confirm Deletion.

  4. Providing Feedback:

    • Optionally, select a reason for deleting your account from the list provided.

Upon completing these steps, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.

Data Deletion Details

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Personal information (e.g., name, age, gender)
  • Profile details and settings
  • Chat histories and connections
  • Any media or content you've shared within the app

Please note that once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

Important Considerations

  • Immediate Deletion: Account deletion is irreversible. Ensure you have saved any important information before proceeding.
  • Data Retention: In compliance with legal obligations, certain data may be retained as required by law, even after account deletion.
