Policy and Guidelines for Fee and Payments

Welcome to MeetHub: Video Chat & Meet ("MeetHub," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our app. By downloading, accessing, or using MeetHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MeetHub. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration: To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

  • Share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting, you grant MeetHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content.

  • Prohibited Content: You are prohibited from sharing content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features within MeetHub may require payments, including subscriptions and in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Subscription Management: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

  2. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made unless you resubscribe.

  3. Refund Policy: Payments are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in accordance with Google Play’s refund policies. For eligible refunds, please contact Google Play Support.

  4. Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and existing subscriptions will not be affected until the next renewal cycle.

Certain features may require payments. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of sale, including applicable fees. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Exceptions may include cases where a refund is mandated under Google Play’s policies, such as accidental purchases or issues with the service. For refund requests, users should contact Google Play Support directly.

6. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the app or its features without prior notice.

7. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantees: MeetHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • User Interactions: We are not responsible for user behavior or interactions on the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MeetHub.

9. Governing Law
